ELITE WEIGHT LOSS REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

  1. WE DO NOT REFUND PRODUCTS EITHER UNOPENED OR OPENED, NOR CAN WE EXCHANGE THEM FOR CONSUMER SAFETY. ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR POSSESSION THEY ARE YOURS. 
  2. IF WE SHIP AN INCORRECT ITEM, WE WILL HAVE YOU RETURN THE ONE WE SENT AND SEND YOU THE CORRECT ITEM ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BACK. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A RETURN LABEL. YOU WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING IN OUR ERROR.
  3. WE SHIP VIA USPS AND UPS DAILY WITH TRACKING NUMBER.  YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH PURCHASE CONFIRMATION AND YOU CAN LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO VIEW THE TRACKING NUMBER. MOST ORDERS HAVE TRACKING NUMBER AVAILABLE IN 24-48 HOURS AND MAY SHOW PENDING SHIPMENT SCAN UNTIL RECEIVED IN BY USPS AND SCANNED.PLEASE USE THAT NUMBER TO CHECK THE USPS WEBSITE FOR UPDATES. ALL ORDERS SHIP USPS WITH TRACKING.
  4. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN PACKAGES OR ADDRESSES THAT YOU DID NOT UPDATE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED BACK, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGE AND IT WILL BE BILLED VIA USPS AND NOT RESHIPPED UNTIL PAID. WE ONLY SHIP FOR FREE ONCE AND IF THE PARCEL REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIP FEE. WE DO NOT REFUND PACKAGES THAT USPS HAS LOST. 
  5. MOST ORDERS WILL ARRIVE TO CUSTOMERS IN 2-5 DAYS DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES WITH USPS STANDARD MAIL WITH TRACKING. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EACH PACKAGE TO PASS CUSTOMS SINCE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES HAVE DIFFERENT LAWS REGARDING IMPORTS. I’m not sure where to start……Please see the product guide on the homepage. We do not recommend starting off with the strongest product. There is a chance you will not be able to tolerate it and need to stop, or cut the dose in half. You also will not have a product to turn to when you plateau. It is best to follow our recommendations. If you are unsure, please use the chat button or email us. We have a no refund policy.
